The existing property was a derelict detached Edwardian Park Lodge
uninhabited for over 5 years. The dwelling comprised of two reception rooms,
a small kitchen and storage area to the ground floor and three bedrooms and
a family bathroom to the first floor
The brief was to refurbish the existing property and convert the existing roof space into a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
We were asked to produce drawings and a schedule of works to obtain Building Regulations approval and an accurate breakdown of construction costs for a competitive tender package.
