The brief was to design 2 dwellings situated on the basin of the Ashton Canal, we then identified potential in the space and adapted the brief to design a scheme that incorporated three detached, 4-bedroom dwellings to maximise profitability for our client.
Our aim was to design spacious, contemporary houses with floor to ceiling front and rear windows and south facing terraces overlooking the canal.
