The existing property was a tired detached four-bedroom property in need of modernising to meet up-to-date requirements, as well as adding design features that would give it real 'wow factor'.
Our brief was to convert the property into a luxurious contemporary dwelling to maximize the space and to provide as many bedrooms as possible.
To do this, we added to the existing footprint a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and loft conversion and total re-model of the existing property.
The property now comprises of 6 x double bedrooms, 1 x en suite, 1 x family bathroom, 1 x shower room, 1 x WC, Kitchen/Dining Area, with Snug & Separate Utility Room, Large family Living Room, Garage and double height atrium entrance hall with contemporary staircase.
