One of our more challenging projects, Partington was undertaken on behalf of our longstanding client Edward Mellor estate agents. The development required us to transform a derelict nursing home into five luxury dwellings, including the landscaping works to form individual gardens for each dwelling.
Keeping the footprint of the original building, and reviving as many of the architectural features as possible, the project took around 12 months to complete. All building work was undertaken by Littlemoss Construction.
